We take great care in handcrafting each of our products in small batches using the highest quality natural ingredients. Due to the sensitive nature of skincare items and our commitment to freshness, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Issues: Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an error, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at zephyrlivingofficial@gmail.com. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements after 30 days from the date of your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to:

If you are subscribed to a product, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your scheduled reorder date to avoid being charged.

Texture, Scent, and Color Preferences

Because our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in texture, color, and scent are normal. Personal preferences or dislikes regarding these factors do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Summer Shipping Notice

During warmer months, our tallow-based creams and butters may arrive melted or in a softened state despite our use of ice packs. By purchasing, you agree to this possibility and refunds will not be issued due to melted consistency.
To restore the texture, simply place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerator. The quality remains unaffected.
